The  Government of India  introduced SPICe+  in order to simplify  the  company  incorporation  / company   registration  process .    SPICe+   provides a structured pro-forma where in details  required for  company  incorporation  / company   registration can be filled up in a navigated way.  

SPICe+   has two parts –  Part A and Part B.    SPICe+ Part A is for giving details for getting proposed company name  allotted and SPICe+ Part B  is for giving details in connection with the registration of the proposed company.

In the case of   SPICe+ Part B ,   professional (Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary/ Cost Accountant/ Advocate)  has to give a  declaration to the effect that all the requirements of this Act and the rules made there under in respect of registration and matters precedent or incidental thereto have been complied with.
