Adv. John Vadassery MA(Eco),LL.B(CUSAT),FCS(ICSI), IP(IBBI)

An Advocate graduated law from School of Legal Studies , Cochin University of Science and Technology ( CUSAT). He started his career as an advocate as a junior in M/s Peter & Karunakar, Kochi. Besides being an advocate enrolled with Bar Council of Kerala ( Enrollment Number : K/000337/2004 ), he is (i) a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Membership No.F7359 (ii) an Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ( IBBI) with registration number IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01252/2023-2024/14296 (iii) Trademark Attorney (20386) and (iv) Post Graduate in Economics.

With over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, compliance, and governance, he provides strategic legal representation in company law disputes, NCLT matters, DRT matters and commercial litigation. Having advised small and medium companies for over two decades on company law compliance and governance, he now focuses on company law litigation and commercial disputes. His background enables a deeper understanding of business realities, allowing clients to receive well-rounded legal advice.

Adv. Jefrin Manuel (K/2000/1999)

Adv. Jefrin Manuel is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience before the High Court of Kerala and the courts at Ernakulam. Holding B.Com., LL.B. and LL.M. (Law of Contract) degrees, he brings extensive courtroom experience and a practical approach to resolving complex legal disputes. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, legal drafting, and dispute resolution. At JV & Associates, he advises and represents individuals, businesses, and institutions, delivering strategic legal solutions with professionalism, meticulous preparation, and a strong commitment to client interests.

Adv. Neethu Sivan (K/000515/2025)

Advocate with a strong foundation in Intellectual Property Law, legal research, and drafting. Possesses hands-on experience in trademark procedures, client coordination, and handling diverse legal assignments. Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proficient in MS Office and digital legal tools, with a keen interest in IP data analysis and legal content development in a global legal environment.

Adv. Anusmaya V graduated in Law from the School of Legal Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) , Kochi and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Kerala (Enrollment No. K/3917/2025). She is presently pursuing LL.M in Corporate Laws at the School of Law, Pondicherry University, Puducherry, with a keen academic interest in corporate and commercial laws. She is associated with J V & Associates as a Legal Researcher, undertaking comprehensive legal research, case analysis, preparation of legal notes, and assisting in the development of legal strategies across diverse areas of corporate and commercial litigation.
